Ingredients
  

For the Cobbler
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 2 cans strawberry pie filling (21 oz each)
  • 2 packages refrigerated pie crusts (14 oz each) Can use homemade pie crust if preferred.
For the Glaze
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp rainbow sprinkles Can substitute with chocolate sprinkles for variation.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the pie crust package (usually around 400°F).
  2. Mix the sliced strawberries and pie filling together in a large bowl.
  3. Unroll the pie crusts and press a layer into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  4. Pour the strawberry mixture over the bottom crust.
  5. Top with the remaining pie crusts and pinch the edges to seal.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30–45 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  2. Whisk the powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze, drizzle over the cobbler, and top with sprinkles.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place it in the oven at a low temperature until warmed through. You can prepare the cobbler a day in advance.
