Preparation
- Preheat your oven according to the pie crust package (usually around 400°F).
- Mix the sliced strawberries and pie filling together in a large bowl.
- Unroll the pie crusts and press a layer into the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
- Pour the strawberry mixture over the bottom crust.
- Top with the remaining pie crusts and pinch the edges to seal.
Baking
- Bake for 30–45 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
- Whisk the powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze, drizzle over the cobbler, and top with sprinkles.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, place it in the oven at a low temperature until warmed through. You can prepare the cobbler a day in advance.
