  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • to taste Graham cracker sheets

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, mix the cooked rice and butter until the rice is evenly coated.
  2. Lay out a sheet of plastic wrap and place a layer of graham cracker sheets on top.
  3. Spread the rice mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
  4. Sprinkle mini marshmallows and chocolate chips over the rice.
  5. Roll the entire sheet tightly, using the plastic wrap to help you.
  6. Slice the rolled sushi into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

S'mores Sushi can be served as a fun dessert or a unique party snack. It's best enjoyed fresh, so slice it just before serving. You can place the pieces on a plate and even drizzle some extra chocolate sauce over them for added sweetness. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a day, but avoid refrigerating to preserve texture.
