  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Put the beef, onion, mushrooms, and garlic into your slow cooker.
  2. Whisk the broth, Worcestershire sauce, and spices together, then pour this mixture over the beef and vegetables.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 420 minutes (7 hours) or on high for 240 minutes (4 hours).
  2. About 30 minutes before serving, whisk the flour into the sour cream until smooth.
  3. Stir the sour cream mixture into the slow cooker and let it cook for another 20 minutes to thicken up.
Serving
  1. Serve the stroganoff over warm egg noodles and enjoy!
