Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into 4 equal pieces.
- Add a little sauce, cheese, and your chosen fillings to one half of each piece.
- Fold the dough over the filling and press the edges down with a fork to seal them tight.
Baking
- Mix the melted butter, garlic, and parsley together and brush it generously over the tops of the calzones.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until they are golden brown.
Notes
Serve Pizza Calzones warm, alongside extra pizza sauce for dipping. They can be a main dish or a tasty snack. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
