Ingredients
  

For the pie crust and filling
  • 1 pre-made Keebler Oreo Pie Crust
  • 2 boxes Little Debbie Cosmic Brownies (12 brownies total)
  • 1 8oz block Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened) Make sure cream cheese is at room temperature.
  • 1 3.4oz box Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding mix
  • 1.5 cups cold milk
  • 1 8oz tub Cool Whip (thawed)
  • to taste Extra rainbow candy-coated chocolate chips For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Unwrap 8 Cosmic Brownies and chop them into small, fudgy cubes.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes, then let it thicken for 5 minutes.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then blend it into the thickened chocolate pudding.
  4. Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip with a spatula until light and fluffy.
  5. Fold the chopped Cosmic Brownies into the chocolate filling.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into the Oreo pie crust.
  7. Top with the remaining 4 chopped brownies and an extra heavy sprinkle of rainbow candy-coated chocolate chips.
  8. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
Serving
  1. Serve the pie chilled straight from the fridge, cut into slices.
  2. Top each piece with a dollop of whipped cream and a few extra rainbow candy-coated chocolate chips.
  3. For an additional treat, serve alongside a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Keep leftover pie in the refrigerator, covered with plastic wrap or in a sealed container. Best eaten within a few days, though flavors improve slightly over time. Make sure your cream cheese is softened to blend smoothly.
