Preparation
- Prepare the brownie mix according to the box directions and bake in a 9x13 pan.
- In a separate bowl, mix the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and powdered sugar.
Assembly
- Once the brownies are out of the oven, immediately spread the coconut mixture over the hot brownies.
- Microwave the chocolate frosting just long enough for it to become pourable.
- Pour the frosting over the coconut mixture, spreading it to seal the edges.
Notes
For a decorative touch, sprinkle extra shredded coconut on top. Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, refrigerate for a week, or freeze for up to three months.
