  • 1 box brownie mix (9x13 size)
Coconut Topping
  • 5 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar Adjust to taste
Frosting
  • 1 container chocolate frosting Microwave to make pourable

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the brownie mix according to the box directions and bake in a 9x13 pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and powdered sugar.
Assembly
  1. Once the brownies are out of the oven, immediately spread the coconut mixture over the hot brownies.
  2. Microwave the chocolate frosting just long enough for it to become pourable.
  3. Pour the frosting over the coconut mixture, spreading it to seal the edges.

Notes

For a decorative touch, sprinkle extra shredded coconut on top. Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, refrigerate for a week, or freeze for up to three months.
