Preparation
- Start by placing the chicken at the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add the halved baby potatoes, sliced carrots, trimmed green beans, and diced onion on top of the chicken.
- In a bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and ketchup (or chicken broth) until well-mixed.
- Pour this sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the slow cooker.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken and veggies become soft and tender.
- Before serving, spoon the yummy sauce from the bottom over all the ingredients.
Notes
Serve hot on its own or pair with rice or noodles. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge. It will last for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove until hot.
