Ingredients

Steak and Garlic Butter
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 pinch chili flakes, optional
Crispy Fries
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into fries

Method

Preparation
  1. Pat the steak cubes dry and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss fries with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet, sear steak cubes for 2–3 minutes, turning to brown all sides.
  2. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet, tossing steak bites until coated and sprinkling with parsley.
Serving
  1. Plate the steak bites beside the crispy fries and drizzle with extra garlic butter sauce.

Notes

Make sure to pat the steak dry before seasoning to get a nice sear. Adjust seasonings to taste; add more paprika or a pinch of chili flakes for additional heat. For extra crispy fries, cut them evenly and ensure they're well-coated with oil before baking.
