- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the prawns to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Stir in the lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Garlic Butter Prawns may be served over rice or pasta, as an appetizer with bread, or paired with fresh salad or vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat.
