Salad Ingredients
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix (14 oz)
  • 2 packs grilled chicken strips (6 oz each)
  • 2 packs ramen noodles, crushed (3 oz each, uncooked) Discard seasoning packets
  • 1/2 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 bottle sesame dressing (12 oz)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Crush the ramen noodles while they are still in the bag. Remember to discard the seasoning packets.
  2. In a big bowl, mix together the coleslaw mix, chicken, crushed noodles, peanuts, and green onions.
  3. Just before serving, pour the dressing over the salad.
  4. Mix everything well and enjoy the crunch!

Notes

Serve the salad cold or at room temperature. It pairs well with grilled meats or as a hearty standalone lunch. Add extra green onions or sesame seeds for added flavor and crunch. Use fresh ingredients and adjust the dressing to your taste preference. You can customize with other veggies like bell peppers or carrots for extra color.
