- In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
- Add chopped dill pickles to the bowl.
- In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, dill pickle juice, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until well combined.
- Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Best served cold. Pairs well with grilled meats, sandwiches, or tacos. For garnish, serve with fresh dill on top.
