Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Strips
  • 1 kg chicken breast (cut into large strips)
  • 200 ml milk or buttermilk Can use either milk or buttermilk for marinating.
  • 2 units eggs Beaten, for coating the chicken.
  • 200 g all-purpose flour For coating the chicken.
  • 100 g cornstarch For extra crispiness.
  • 1 tsp paprika For seasoning.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder For flavor.
  • to taste Salt & black pepper
  • as needed Oil for frying Can also use air fryer.
Dipping Sauces
  • 3 tbsp honey For Honey Mustard sauce.
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 100 ml heavy cream For Garlic Parmesan sauce.
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 30 g parmesan cheese
  • 150 g BBQ sauce For BBQ dipping sauce.
  • 1 tbsp honey For sweetness in BBQ sauce.
  • 1 tsp paprika For flavor in BBQ sauce.
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise For Spicy Mayo sauce.
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken strips in milk, salt, and pepper for 30–60 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl.
  4. Dip each chicken strip in the beaten eggs, then coat it in the flour mixture.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a pan to about 170–180°C (340–355°F).
  2. Fry the chicken strips for 6–8 minutes until golden and crispy, or use an air fryer set at 180°C (350°F) for 15–18 minutes.
Making Dipping Sauces
  1. For Honey Mustard, mix honey, mustard, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
  2. For Garlic Parmesan, sauté minced garlic in butter, add heavy cream and parmesan cheese, and cook until slightly thick.
  3. For BBQ sauce, mix BBQ sauce with honey and paprika.
  4. For Spicy Mayo, combine mayonnaise, hot sauce, and lemon juice.

Notes

For extra crunch, double coat the chicken strips by dipping them in the egg and flour mixture twice. Ensure your oil is hot enough before frying to avoid greasy chicken strips. Experiment with different spices in the flour mixture for unique flavors.
