  • 4 pieces Little Debbie Cosmic Brownies Unwrapped and pressed into cups
For the cheesecake filling
  • 1 8oz block Philadelphia Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Domino Powdered Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 8oz tub Cool Whip Thawed
For topping
  • 4 pieces Little Debbie Cosmic Brownies Chopped into small cubes
  • to taste Extra rainbow candy-coated chocolate chips For topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Unwrap 4 Cosmic Brownies and press half a brownie into the bottom of small clear plastic party cups to form a fudgy base.
  2. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and whole milk until completely smooth.
  3. Gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Chop the remaining 4 Cosmic Brownies into small cubes.
  5. Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into the cups over the brownie base.
  6. Top each cup generously with the chopped brownie cubes and a sprinkle of rainbow candy chips.
  7. Chill for 1 hour.
