- Melt the butter in a large pot over low heat.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove the pot from the heat and immediately whisk in the creamy peanut butter until the mixture is uniform.
- Pour in the Cap'n Crunch cereal and fold gently until every round piece is coated.
- Press gently into a greased 9×13 dish.
- Let them set at room temperature for 30 minutes before slicing into thick squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week or refrigerate for longer storage. Let them come to room temperature before serving for best texture. For extra flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of salt or chocolate chips.
