Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place the cooked ham in a roasting pan.
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar and Dijon mustard together until well combined.
- Spread the brown sugar mixture evenly over the surface of the ham.
- Arrange the pineapple slices on top of the ham, securing them with whole cloves if desired.
- Pour the pineapple juice into the bottom of the roasting pan.
Baking
- Bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting the ham occasionally with the juices from the pan.
- After baking, let the ham rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
