  • 12 oz spaghetti You can use whole wheat spaghetti for more fiber.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure the cream cheese is softened for easy mixing.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese You can substitute with ricotta if desired.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Sauces & Seasonings
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce Can be substituted with Alfredo sauce for a creamier texture.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Garnishes
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add mozzarella, Parmesan, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  5. Stir in the cooked spaghetti until evenly coated.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  2. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve hot from the oven. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread. For added flavor, use red pepper flakes.
