Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain.
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth.
- Add mozzarella, Parmesan, marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in the cooked spaghetti until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 25 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve hot from the oven. Pairs well with a side salad or garlic bread. For added flavor, use red pepper flakes.
