  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese For topping.

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, white beans, chicken broth, green chiles, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish evenly.
  4. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes
