Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 large orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1 whole lemon or lime, peeled and chopped
  • 1 inch turmeric, peeled and chopped
  • 2 inches ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium carrot, chopped
  • 0.5 tablespoon honey Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup water Add more for dilution if needed
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend well until everything is smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a small bottle or divide it into 7 servings.
  4. Keep the shots in the fridge.

Notes

Serve chilled for a refreshing boost. Best consumed within a week to ensure maximum nutrition.
