  • 1-2 tablespoons honey Use fresh, high-quality honey for the best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional) Adds a refreshing twist and vitamin C.
  • 1 tea bag black tea or herbal tea of your choice Choose a tea bag that you enjoy.
  • Lemon slices (for garnish, optional) Makes the presentation more appealing.

Preparation
  1. Boil water in a small pot.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the tea bag.
  3. Steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on desired strength.
  4. Remove the tea bag and stir in honey until dissolved.
  5. Add lemon juice if desired.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with lemon slices if preferred.

Notes

If you have leftover Warm Honey Tea, store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat on the stovetop or in the microwave, adding a little more honey if needed. You can also experiment with different herbal teas or add spices like cinnamon or ginger for variation.
