Preparation

- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, applesauce, eggs, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the diced apples.
Baking
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
