Wet Ingredients
  • finely chopped apples Fresh chopped apples for filling.
  • 1-2 eggs Add as wet ingredient.
  • 1/2 cup milk Use as part of the wet mixture.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add in any desired spices, such as cinnamon.
  4. Mix in the finely chopped apples and your choice of wet ingredients like eggs and milk.
  5. Stir everything together until well combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown.
  2. Allow them to cool slightly before serving.

Notes
