Method
Prep the Taco Filling
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain grease if needed.
- Stir in taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water. Simmer for 5 minutes until thickened.
Prepare the Cheetos Bags
- Slightly crush the Cheetos in the bag (optional). Cut each bag open lengthwise down the middle to create a bowl.
Assemble the Taco Bags
- Spoon hot taco meat directly into each Cheetos bag.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced onions, and sliced jalapeños.
Serve
- Enjoy immediately while warm with a fork.
Notes
Best served fresh; do not store filled Cheetos bags as chips will get soggy. Leftover taco filling can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
