  • 4 patties Breakfast sausage patties Cook until browned and cooked through.
  • 4 large Eggs Cook to your preference.
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese Can substitute with Swiss or pepper jack cheese.

Cooking
  1. Cook the breakfast sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, crack the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and cook to your liking (scrambled, fried, or sunny side up).
  3. While the eggs are cooking, toast the waffles according to package instructions or until golden brown if homemade.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the sandwich by placing a sausage patty on a waffle, followed by the cooked egg, and top with a slice of cheddar cheese.
  2. Add another waffle on top to complete the sandwich.
  3. Serve warm.

Notes
