Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 bag Tostitos scoops tortilla chips Use full-size scoops
  • 1 lb ground beef Cooked and drained
  • 1 packet taco seasoning Use mild or spicy as preferred
  • 1 can mild Rotel tomatoes Drained well
  • 1 can nacho cheese Spread evenly on the sheet pan
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese Use for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. On one sheet pan, spread out all full-size scoops of tortilla chips.
  3. On a second slightly smaller sheet pan, pour and spread the nacho cheese evenly.
  4. Top the cheese with cooked ground beef.
  5. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef.
  6. Add the drained mild Rotel tomatoes on top.
  7. Finish with a layer of shredded Mexican cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until hot and melty.
  2. Once done, pour the cheesy beef mixture over the chip scoops, serve immediately, and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness. Customize toppings to your liking.
