Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- On one sheet pan, spread out all full-size scoops of tortilla chips.
- On a second slightly smaller sheet pan, pour and spread the nacho cheese evenly.
- Top the cheese with cooked ground beef.
- Sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef.
- Add the drained mild Rotel tomatoes on top.
- Finish with a layer of shredded Mexican cheese.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until hot and melty.
- Once done, pour the cheesy beef mixture over the chip scoops, serve immediately, and enjoy!
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness. Customize toppings to your liking.
