- Boil the eggs to your desired doneness, then cool and peel them.
- In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and garlic. Sauté until they are soft and fragrant.
- Stir in the seasonings, brown sugar, and chicken broth. Let it simmer until slightly thickened.
- Add lemon juice and adjust the seasoning to taste.
- Place the peeled eggs in a bowl and pour the hot sauce over them.
- Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve warm.
Notes
