Preparation and Cooking
- In a crock pot on high, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Once browned, add it to the crock pot along with the Velveeta, cream cheese, cream of chicken, and Rotel Tomatoes.
- Cook on high for about an hour and a half, mixing occasionally to combine all the ingredients.
- Meanwhile, boil the bowtie noodles in a pot of water according to package instructions until al dente.
- Before serving, add the boiled noodles to the crock pot and stir well. If needed, add about a cup of pasta water to thin the sauce.
Notes
Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley or extra cheese if desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months. Reheat after thawing overnight in the fridge.
