Ingredients
  

For the crust
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
For the filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Make sure it's softened for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream Can use low-fat for a lighter version.
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
For the toppings
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and press it into a rectangular baking dish, sealing the seams.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Let the crust cool completely.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
  7. Top with diced cucumbers, bell peppers, shredded carrots, and green onions.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Cut into bars and serve cold.

Notes

These bars are best served cold. They pair well with a light dip or drinks at gatherings. For added flavor, consider garnishing with extra herbs. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Avoid stacking to maintain texture.
