  • 12 ounces 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound 1 pound ground beef
Sauce and Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Add the ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheese until the cheese is melted and the mixture is creamy.
Combination
  1. Combine the cooked fettuccine with the beef mixture, stirring to coat the pasta.
