  • 1 cup dairy-free milk Use coconut milk for a creamier texture.
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks Fresh pineapple can be used with added ice.
  • 1 medium banana Use ripe bananas for sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh turmeric, grated Can substitute with 1 teaspoon ground turmeric.
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated Or use 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger.

Preparation
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds on high, or until the mixture is creamy.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best taste and texture. You can add a slice of pineapple or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top for a fun presentation. Store leftover smoothie in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within a day.
