  • 3/4 cup peeled fresh or frozen mango chunks, thawed
  • 3/4 cup cubed fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 1/4 cup vanilla soy or whey protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup cold water
Optional Toppings
  • Granola For added crunch
  • Chopped mango For extra flavor
  • Chopped pineapple For extra flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the orange juice concentrate in a blender.
  2. Add the mango, pineapple, oats, protein powder, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cold water.
  3. Cover the blender and process everything until smooth.
