Ingredients
  

Pizza Base
  • 3 pieces Pizza dough You can use store-bought or homemade dough.
Toppings
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce Use your favorite brand or homemade.
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded.
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Sliced.
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Chopped, use a mix of colors.
  • 1 cup Onions Chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Olives Sliced, optional.
  • 1 tablespoon Oregano Dried.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese Grated.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough into three large circles.
Layering
  1. Place one circle on a pizza stone or baking sheet and spread a layer of tomato sauce on top.
  2. Add a layer of mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, olives).
  3. Place the second dough circle over the toppings and repeat the sauce, cheese, and toppings layers.
  4. Top with the third dough circle.
  5. Brush the top layer with olive oil and sprinkle with oregano and Parmesan cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.

Notes

For a crispier crust, try pre-baking each dough layer for a few minutes before adding sauce and toppings. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor and texture.
