Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 8 slices thick-cut bread (sourdough, brioche, or Texas toast) Choose your preferred bread type.
  • 6 slices bacon Cooked until crispy.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • to taste none Butter for grilling Use enough to coat the outside of the sandwiches.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread ranch dressing on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Layer the cooked bacon and the three types of cheese on the non-dressed side of 4 slices of bread.
  4. Place the other 4 slices on top, dressing side up.
  5. Butter the outside of each sandwich.
Cooking
  1. Grill the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.
  2. Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding sliced tomatoes, jalapeƱos, or avocado. Ensure the bacon is crispy for added crunch. Try different types of bread or cheese according to your preference.
