  • 4 pieces Tortilla wraps
  • 1 pound Ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 medium Bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup Cheese, shredded Experiment with different types like cheddar or pepper jack.
  • 1 cup Lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium Tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream Drizzle on top when assembling wraps.
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Taco seasoning Use store-bought or homemade.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper; sauté until vegetables are tender.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.
Assembling
  1. Warm the tortilla wraps in a separate pan.
  2. Assemble the wraps by placing the beef mixture, cheese, lettuce, and diced tomato on the tortillas.
  3. Drizzle with sour cream and roll them up.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, place the wraps in an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator. They can last for about 2-3 days. To reheat, simply microwave them for a short time until warmed through. Serve warm with additional toppings like avocado or salsa for extra flavor.
