  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef to reduce excess fat.
  • 4 large tortillas You can use flour, corn, or spinach tortillas.
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Feel free to add more veggies like bell peppers or corn for added crunch.
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice.
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup taco sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Warm the tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  3. Spread a layer of taco sauce on each tortilla.
  4. Add a scoop of cooked ground beef, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly, then slice in half if desired.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

These wraps can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To reheat, place them in a microwave for a few seconds or warm them in a skillet until heated through.
