  • 1 cup peanut butter Use creamy peanut butter for smoother texture.
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix until smooth and well blended.
  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll them into balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving space between each ball.
  4. Flatten each ball slightly with a fork, making a crisscross pattern on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  2. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

These treats are best served warm but can also be enjoyed at room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for longer freshness.
