Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the diced jalapeños, shredded beef brisket, and softened cream cheese until well mixed.
  2. Take an egg roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
  3. Fold the wrapper according to package instructions to enclose the filling securely.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a deep skillet over medium heat.
  2. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  4. Serve warm, drizzled with honey.

Notes

If you have leftovers, let the egg rolls cool completely, and then store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 2-3 days. Reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes to regain crispiness.
