  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 small green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can (15 oz) sloppy joe sauce
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots Can use any brand
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
  3. Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and heat through.
Cooking
  1. Top the beef mixture with the tater tots and shredded cheese.
