Preparation
- Combine mayonnaise, dill pickle relish, and seafood seasoning in a large bowl. Stir until well mixed.
- Add the fish sticks to the bowl and gently stir to coat them in the tartar sauce mixture.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place the panko bread crumbs on a plate. Coat each fish stick in the bread crumbs one at a time, making sure they are fully covered.
Cooking
- Arrange the coated fish sticks in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer, ensuring they do not touch each other.
- Cook for 12 minutes.
- Once done, remove the basket and let it rest for 1 minute before transferring the fish sticks to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Repeat with the remaining fish sticks.
Notes
These fish sticks are best served hot. Pair with extra tartar sauce for dipping and lemon wedges for a zesty touch.
