Ingredients
  

For the Rosemary Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 sprigs 4 sprigs rosemary Fresh rosemary sprigs
For the Mocktail
  • 1/4 cup 1/4 cup fresh squeezed tangerine juice Use fresh tangerines for the juiciest flavor
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon rosemary simple syrup Adjust sweetness according to taste
  • 2 tablespoons 2 tablespoons lemon-lime soda Can substitute with ginger ale for a twist
  • Club soda To top off the drink
  • Ice For serving

Method
 

Preparation of Rosemary Simple Syrup
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Remove from heat and add the rosemary sprigs. Let it steep for about 15 minutes, then strain out the rosemary and cool the syrup.
Mocktail Preparation
  1. In a glass, combine the fresh squeezed tangerine juice, lemon juice, and rosemary simple syrup. Stir well.
  2. Add ice to the glass, then pour in the lemon-lime soda and top off with club soda. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a slice of tangerine if desired.

Notes

Serve chilled in a tall glass. This mocktail pairs well with light snacks and is perfect for gatherings or cozy evenings. Store leftover rosemary simple syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about two weeks.
