  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 cups Crushed Takis
  • as needed spray Oil spray or oil for cooking
  • as needed serving Ranch for dipping

Preparation
  1. Start by freezing the mozzarella sticks for 30 to 60 minutes to help them stay firm while cooking.
  2. Take the Takis and crush them into fine crumbs.
  3. Dip each cheese stick first in flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally coat with the crushed Takis.
  4. Place the coated cheese sticks on a tray and freeze them again for 20 to 30 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Air fry the mozzarella sticks at 390°F (200°C) for 5 to 7 minutes or bake them at 400°F (200°C) for 8 to 10 minutes until they are golden, crispy, and melty inside.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with ranch dressing for dipping!

Notes

For best results, freeze the cheese sticks long enough to ensure they don’t melt too quickly while cooking. You can also experiment with different flavors of Takis and consider double coating the cheese sticks for extra crunch.
