Ingredients
  

Pasta and Meat
  • 250 g spaghetti Cook according to package instructions
  • 450 g ground beef Cook until fully browned
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies Include the liquid
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
Creamy Sauce
  • 200 g Velveeta cheese, cubed Add for a creamy texture
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon oil For cooking the beef

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Beef
  1. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and cook the ground beef until fully browned, breaking it into small pieces.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the taco seasoning and pour in the diced tomatoes with green chilies, including the liquid. Stir well and let it simmer for a few minutes to develop flavor.
  2. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss until evenly combined with the beef and sauce.
  3. Stir in the cubed Velveeta cheese and pour in the milk. Continue stirring until the cheese melts into a smooth, creamy sauce.
  4. Cook for a few more minutes until everything is hot and fully coated.

Notes

For best results, stir continuously when melting cheese for a smooth texture. Don’t overcook the pasta before mixing. Add extra cheese for a richer flavor. Adjust spice level with jalapeños or chili flakes. Variations include topping with shredded cheddar, fresh cilantro, or sour cream.
