Ingredients
  

Pasta and Meat
  • 12 oz spaghetti Any pasta can be used.
  • 1 lb ground beef Can substitute with ground turkey or chicken.
Sauce and Seasoning
  • 1 packet taco seasoning Or use 2 tablespoons of homemade blend.
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup tomato sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
Cooking
  1. Add taco seasoning, Rotel tomatoes, beef broth, and tomato sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  2. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for about 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  3. Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2-3 months. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop.
