  • 12 pieces pretzel rods
  • 12 oz white candy melts or white chocolate melting wafers Melt according to package instructions
  • 1/4 cup red sprinkles Use for decoration

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the white candy melts or melting wafers according to package instructions.
  2. Dip each pretzel rod into the melted chocolate, covering about 2/3 of the rod.
  3. Allow excess chocolate to drip off and then sprinkle red sprinkles over the chocolate.
  4. Place the dipped pretzel rods on a parchment-lined baking sheet to set.
Serving
  1. Once the chocolate has hardened, display the pretzel rods as sparklers for your 4th of July celebration.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Avoid refrigerating to maintain chocolate's sheen. Can use other colored sprinkles for variety.
