Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 medium Bananas Choose ripe bananas for best flavor.
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 medium Kiwi
  • 1 cup Strawberries Remove tops and slice before use.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Adjust based on sweetness preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice Freshly squeezed lemon juice recommended.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Puree the bananas, blueberries, kiwi, and strawberries in a blender until smooth.
  2. Add honey and lemon juice to the fruit puree and mix well.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly on a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Dehydrating
  1. Dehydrate in a food dehydrator or an oven set to low heat until the fruit leather is dry and pliable (approximately 6 to 12 hours).
Finishing Touches
  1. Once dried, cut into strips and roll them up.
  2. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks at room temperature or refrigerate for up to a month. Ensure they are sealed well to prevent drying out.
