Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, seasoned salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Grease a muffin tin or mini loaf pan.
- Scoop the mixture into the cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Top each cup with additional ketchup for extra flavor.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
