  • 1/2 cup ketchup Additional ketchup can be used for topping.
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, ketchup, seasoned salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin or mini loaf pan.
  5. Scoop the mixture into the cups, filling them about 3/4 full.
  6. Top each cup with additional ketchup for extra flavor.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.
