Ingredients
  

Dough and Fillings
  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough Ready-to-use pizza dough
  • 8 slices deli ham
  • 10 slices Genoa salami
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 8 slices provolone cheese Can substitute with mozzarella
For Brushing
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter For brushing on top before baking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Layer the ham, salami, pepperoni, and provolone cheese evenly over the surface of the dough.
  4. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other to form a log.
  5. Place the Stromboli seam side down on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the top with melted butter and make a few slits on top to allow steam to escape.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Allow to cool slightly before slicing.
  3. Serve warm.

Notes

Stromboli is best served warm, sliced into thick pieces. Pair it with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. Optionally add vegetables like bell peppers, onions, or mushrooms for extra flavor.
