Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, corn, and sour cream.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly on top.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole is great on its own but can also be served with a side salad or some crusty bread. Garnish with fresh cilantro or a sprinkle of cheese for added flavor. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
