Preparation
- Place the boiling water and sugar in a medium mixing bowl. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add all 5 tea bags to the boiling water and allow to steep for 5 minutes.
- Squeeze the water out of the tea bags and discard them.
- Add the strawberry syrup to the bowl and stir well.
- In a pitcher, combine the cold water with the tea mixture and stir well.
- Add ice to the pitcher and glasses if desired, then pour the tea into glasses.
- Garnish each glass with a strawberry slice if liked and enjoy.
Notes
Serve chilled with strawberry slices on the rim for a pretty touch. It stores well in the refrigerator for up to a week in an airtight container. Adjust sweetness to preference using more or less strawberry syrup.
