  • 1.5 cups vanilla or plain yogurt Use plant-based yogurt for a vegan option.
  • 2/3 cup orange juice Substitute with apple juice or coconut water for a different taste.
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, cut into chunks Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
  • 1 cup halved fresh strawberries Always use fresh strawberries for the best flavor.
  • 2 teaspoons honey Add extra honey to taste if you like it sweeter.

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover the blender and process until smooth.
  3. Pour the smoothie into chilled glasses.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For serving, garnish with a fresh strawberry on the rim of the glass and consider adding a paper straw for a fun touch. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to one day or freeze in ice cube trays for longer storage.
