Preparation

- In another bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
Assembly
- Place a layer of sponge cake or ladyfingers on a flat surface.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the cake or ladyfingers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries over the cheesecake mixture.
- Carefully roll the sponge cake or ladyfingers to create a log.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serving
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with more strawberries if desired.
Notes
Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze before slicing.
